Re-enrollment time at Boca Christian is HERE! Please re-enroll your child/children for the 2023-2024 school year between Monday, December 26, 2022 and January 31, 2023 to secure your spot for next year.
Re-enrollment is $200 before January 31 and will go up to $400 on February 1st.
To complete the re-enrollment process, you will access FACTS Family Portal through your existing login.
Instructions for Enrollment/Reenrollment:
Go to www.bocachristian.org

At the bottom of the home page under Current Students, CLICK FACTS SIS.

Fill in your username and password. Choose Parent.

If you don’t have an account, click Create New Family Portal Account.

CLICK: LOGIN

CLICK: APPLY / ENROLL TAB on the bottom left.

Then CLICK: ENROLLMENT / REENROLLMENT and Click here to open enrollment.

In the New Family Packet, complete the Household information first. Afterward, you will complete each student’s information if more than one student. Use n/a if not applicable.

Choose SAVE & NEXT at the bottom as you move through each page…most boxes are already prefilled. Make changes as necessary.

When you get to the Tuition Plan Schedule Selection Form, you will be directed to “Go To FACTS.” In FACTS, underneath the Payment Plan & Billing Box, click the “Set up a Payment Plan” link. Then, select the 2023-2024 school year and begin. If you have more than one student, you can add them all at once as you go through this setup.

Credit Discover, MasterCard, or Visa cards only. – 2.95% Service Fee Charged
Tuition Payment Plans (you will select one payment plan):

11 monthly payments: FACTS will charge an administrative fee of $50.00 to your account. If you select 11 monthly payments, you will choose either the 3rd or the 17th of the month for your deduction which starts May, 2023 and ends March, 2024.

Semi-annual. No administrative fee.

Annual, with a 3% discount. No administrative fee.
Multiple child discounts will apply where applicable. After your tuition totals are figured you will receive a confirmation email before the payment date from BRCS and FACTS with your payment amount. Please call the Business Office if you have any questions at 561.391.2727.
