Congratulations to our students for winning a VFW Essay Contest!
Six Boca Christian students were recognized for winning the VFW Voice of Democracy and Patriots' Pen Essay Contest, written to the veterans at the VFW Post 10556. The VFW was impressed by our students' understanding of democracy and the important role our veterans play in its continued success. The VFW presented each winner with a certificate and a monetary award. Following the award presentation, each student presented their essay to the audience.
What a wonderful way to represent the Lord in our community.
