Grandparents and families are treasured members of our school family, and we joyfully invite you to our annual Grandparents & Family Day celebration on Friday, January 16, from 9:00-10:15 a.m. at the Boca Raton Community Church Sanctuary, 601 NW 4th Avenue.
Arrival and Dismissal Instructions:
- 8:00 a.m. - K3-5th-grade students arrive at school at the usual time, dressed in their “Sunday Best.”
- Students in grades 1st-5th must leave their backpacks at home that day unless they are staying for extended care, then lunch is needed.
- 8:45 a.m. - The church lobby doors open for grandparents and families.
- 9:00 a.m. - The program begins in the Boca Raton Community Church Sanctuary.
- 10:15 a.m. - Students with family in attendance may be dismissed with approval from their teacher.
- 10:15 - 11:00 a.m. - Book Fair and photo opportunities in the lobby.
- 11:00 a.m. - Early Dismissal, Half-day - Students not picked up will join the carline for pickup or extended care.
Parking for this event is at 601 NW 4th Avenue: All grandparents and family members must park in the Boca Raton Community Church parking lot on the west side of NW 4th Avenue. There is plenty of parking. Please follow the signs.
