The family of Garth Sangree set up the Garth Sangree Memorial Mission Trip Scholarship. He was an incredible young man who went home to be with the Lord on January 24, 2015. Many people contribute to this fund in memory of Garth. Garth loved mission trips when he attended Boca Christian. This fund was designed to help students attend their class mission trip by providing some financial assistance. The number of trip scholarships and the amount of assistance granted each year will be determined by the Garth Sangree Memorial Mission Trip Scholarship Committee.
Please write an essay that is no longer than 500 words in length, answering the following questions:
- Please include your name and grade in the header.
- What are you looking forward to experiencing on your mission trip?
- What do you expect God to do while you are on this trip?
- How have you contributed to this trip? (Please give examples of any fundraising opportunities or jobs in which you have raised funds to help with your Mission trip.)
Any funds received will be applied to your second Mission Trip Payment. Scholarship available for all High School Class Mission Trips except local Mission Trips.
