Battle of the Books

The Media Center offers an exciting program for students in grades 3-5 to read and recall books for the Battle of the Books competition. On Wednesday, August 28 at 2:30 PM, you are invited to attend a 10-15 minute meeting about Battle of the Books in the main lobby. Regular attendance is required to register for the Battle of the Books program. Please register your child(ren) only if they can attend practices and the semifinal/final competition. 

• Practice dates are September 4, 11, 18, 25, and October 2 after school until 4:10 p.m.


• Semifinal competition: tentatively scheduled for October 8th in chapel at 9:00 a.m.  


• The final competition will be held at The King’s Academy on October 18th.
