    BRCS and BRCC families collected 210 backpacks for the Hananasif Orphanage in Tanzania!  We just loaded Iris' car.     A letter was mailed during the week of January 4th in regard to Schedule of Fees/tuition for 2010-2011.  As a reminder, the re-enrollment fee is now $110 per child, through January 15th, and will increase to $195 per child on January 19th.  Re-enrollment letters were mailed to all families during the week of Thanksgiving.

    Congratulations to Mrs. Lisa Naus and the staff of the 2008/2009 Inspiration yearbook.  In the 2009 ACSI yearbook competition, the  Inspiration yearbook tied for Best Cover in Division III schools.
    As you may remember, the cover entitled "bringing knowledge to light" showed beams of light shining down onto the pages of an open Bible, illuminating the Word of God.

    Thank you to Jefferson Aguado, BRCS class of 2008, US Marine who has safely arrived back to the US from a tour of duty in Afghanistan. Aguado was deployed from June – November 2009.  His next assignment is for an indefinite time frame to Camp Lejeune in North Carolina, whose mission is to maintain combat-ready units for expeditionary deployment.  We thank God for Jefferson's safe return.

    New instructions for clipping coupons: Please cut the UPC code...not the front label. The UPC will sometimes give extra bonus points for specific items.     Congratulations to varsity cheerleaders Lyndsey Free and Alicia Feldi for receiving the All-Star Award at the Florida Christian Cheerleaders Camp held at Palm Beach Atlantic University in June.  This is Alicia's second year to receive this award.  This is Lyndsey's first year at BRCS.  Way to go ladies!

    Boca Police informed us of a recent robbery in the parking lot of a local preschool.  A young mom was sitting in the passenger seat of a car while her mother took her grandson into preschool.  The car was unlocked.  A man got out of another car, opened the car door, and robbed the young mom.
