PARENTS
- Forgotten User Name or Password
If you are unable to log in to ParentsWeb, click Forgot Username/Password on the ParentsWeb login page and enter your e-mail address that is on record with the school. Instructions will be sent to you by e-mail.
- Other trouble signing in to ParentsWeb
Most parents have received ParentsWeb login instructions over e-mail. If you have not received the instructions, or if you have any other questions or problems related to your ParentsWeb access, contact Dianne McNeal at parentsweb
bocachristian.org or 561-391-2727x392. Remember to include your first and last name in the e-mail, and your student's last name if different from yours. We are committed to getting you connected!
- Changing your ParentsWeb User Name or Password
Click Forgot Username/Password on the ParentsWeb login page and enter your e-mail address that is on record with the school. Instructions will be sent to you by e-mail. Or, log in to ParentsWeb, then go to Family Information > Change Password.
- Changing family information (address, e-mail, church information, etc.)
Log in to ParentsWeb, then go to School Information > Web Forms.
STUDENTS
- Registering your e-mail address for the first time
Students who have not yet registered their e-mail addresses for ParentsWeb must do so IN PERSON with Mrs. Lake or Mrs. McNeal. Come to room 126 (just past the clinic) during the school day. You must use a separate e-mail address from your parents, and you must check your e-mail.

If you have already registered and confirmed your e-mail address but you still can't sign in to ParentsWeb, contact Mrs. McNeal at parentswebbocachristian.org or come to room 126 for help.
