A National Blue Ribbon School
Boca
Raton Christian School is a Bible-centered school distinguished
by its academic excellence and caring environment. Boca
Raton Christian School offers grades PreK-12 and has approximately
600 students. The
school was founded in 1973 as a ministry of Boca Raton Community
Church. The PreK through
12 grades of the school are situated
on approximately 22 acres in downtown Boca Raton.
The
school was first accredited in 1978 by the Florida Council
of Independent
Schools. It added a second accreditation with the Association
of Christian Schools International in 1987. In 1995, accreditation
with the Florida Kindergarten Council was received. The
school was recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School in 1990
